I work 4 pm to 1 am and I have an hour commute. I start later in the day which helps keep me from the late night binge. I'll usually have a protein shake on the way to work (3pm) then at around 5-6 I'll have oatmeal. Dinner is at 7:30-9, then another snack around 11. Black coffee with splenda also helps with cravings.…

I have it. At first I noticed a difference with the cpap but that wore off after about a month. I went back to the dr who told me that I could have narcolepsy (wtf?) and suggested another sleep study. he also offered me a prescription for medicine to combat daytime drowsiness. I declined.
