Me too, I love it. Everyone says that makes me weird lol

I don't eat back all of mine and its working for me. My philosphy is that I literally busted a55 to burn them off, so why would I want them back?

Don't forget the caps button if you do

2 hours of laps plus all that every day? Wow that's a long time. There are other exercises that are quicker and will be just as effective. As someone else said, look into weight training and what about the rowing machine?

Kettlebells! I have a small space in my living room and that's it, and I have several kettlebells that give me a great all over workout.

Great post!

A week is fine, the OP is talking about doing this for life therefore the questions are relevant.

You're just depriving yourself of essential nutrients. Even the lady that seems to be agreeing with you confirms that she eats tons of protein. How do you intend to get enough protein in this vegetable and fruit diet?
-
It really does depend on the trainer and the class, but don't worry about your lack of experience, just start off with a lighter weight. The trainer should take the time to show you the moves with good form.

Tuna steaks are great on the BBQ, but you can't beat a good burger. If you're unsure, why not make your own burgers and take them with you? No one will mind throwing extra on the BBQ. I just roll mince into a burger patty myself, nothing added except a little pepper - awesome. BTW no need to skip the bun unless you're…

Ketlebells are canon balls with handles used for dynamic exercises - strength training and cardio all at once. I have my own as I workout at home, but there are classes out there you can join. Since you have access to a gym, why not ask one of the trainers to design a program for you? They can also check your form so that…

Nothing is 'banned' just make whatever it is fit into your daily allowance. Log everything accurately and burn some calories. Simples. What exercise do you like doing? Walking? Cycling? Swimming? Have you tried weight lifting (it won't make you into she-hulk overnight, we promise!)? Kettlebells?

Interesting, but clothes change as you lose so will inevitably weigh less - false reading no?
-
This. Unless you wear the same clothes every time then its difficult to be consistent, so I always weigh myself naked (at home...)
-
Great idea I'm going to steal it

Is this supposed to suggest that the OP has a drinking problem because she likes wine? Pfft. OP try vodka lime and soda - my new favourite.

Kettlebells: Snatches Swings Clean and press Sorted.

Great job you, keep it up :flowerforyou:

The 3 eggs per week thing is 80's thinking, they also used to say you'd become addicted to them if you ate too many! Eggs are amazing, as others have said eat away.

Adrian Bryant's website (nowloss I think) has some good jumping jack workouts if anyone wants to mix it up
-
You need to want to do it as you said. If you don't see the need to change, you won't be motivated to do it.

I met someone that didn't work out, and we ate out a lot, I stopped exercising, made poor food choices etc. Then we went on holiday all inclusive and I ate loads. Then we went to America and you can't help but eat loads cos the foods so good lol. No excuses though, I got lazy and I'm angry with myself for it. Sorting it…

Derogatory? Perhaps. Envy? I seriously doubt it. No one aspires to be skinny yet unhealthy, soft and weak. Its just a term used to describe someone that might look slim, but in reality they are carrying a lot of fat due to low muscle mass. I've never heard anyone say "I want to be skinny fat..."

Is there a reason why you don't want to train fasted? I mean is this your only chance of breakfast? I workout at 6.30 and train fasted, much better than trying to workout with heavy food inside me I find.

I have to say, I loved the "calorie counting freaks" and "water weight haters" comments

First time ever on Saturday I was able to do a full 4 min round of Tabata burpees, and this was after doing my kettlebell HIIT workout. I had to lie on the floor with the dog licking my face for 2 or 3 minutes after, but so what I did it! lol :)

Its your money, but I'd say no - there is no quick fix, if there was everyone would do it. Spend the money on a new piece of fitness equipment, or a personal training session to learn some new exercises instead?
-
If you can squeeze in a DVD, take Insanity lol. Otherwise get creative - door pull ups, chair dips, suitcase rows, press ups, squats, jumping lunges, mountain climbers, burpees. Personally I'd forget the sit ups and do planks.

Totally agree. I workout at home now but at the gym I used to go to this guy would rock up in a beanie hat and full fleece sweatsuit like some wannabe rap star every day and stand around talking to anyone he could ensnare. He clearly thought he looked amazing in his beanie hat too. As you can imagine, there was no way he…
