Ohh I hate the term clean eating. It's like nails on a chalkboard.

I look for people that have mutual friends, or we seem to connect here on the forums, or through other friends profiles. When people friend request me, I ask for a message because I want friends that are invested enough in me to at least read my profile first :) I don't want to collect friends, I want to make actual…

I'm a terrible person. I agree with you on the annoyance of MLM schemes, totally.

So you got cancer from aspartame?

Cue nightmares.

I have a few sips with dinner most nights. I prefer to eat my calories in general, but I also enjoy coke. I've lost plenty of weight doing just that. So it's really a personal choice. :)

My two favs right now are: carrots and Laughing Cow french onion cheese and vanilla greek yogurt with blackberries.

I think there's a group on here with lots of information. Lots of people on here have had success with it. Good luck!

I use Starbucks kcups. Pikes Peak Roast to be exact, but I can do their House Blend, too.

That's more than her TDEE though. Are you suggesting a person can lose weight by eating more than they need, if they are low carb?
-
I agree with this. Also - it sounds really gassy.

You can certainly eat more and still lose weight, but it won't be the 2lbs a week you selected. My recommendation is to eat between 1400-1500 and eat half of your exercise calories back. That puts about 20% your TDEE as a sedentary person. That's a pound a week loss rate, roughly. Info here:…

Good. That will help you a *lot*. This is worth a watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjKPIcI51lU&list=FLxRg_80KHM-BdcHvV7nkgfg&index=2 Also, you've adjusted your intake as you've lost weight, right? The less we weigh, the less we get to eat.
