I hear ya, Melynda. The hardest part for me is posting the pictures after I've taken them. I was looking into Jamies program and I love how thorough she is, right down to the meal plans, but chose to go another route. Let us know how it goes!

Awesome! I got up this morning and headed in to work without even taking photos, so I'll have to do that in the morning lol. Which training plan did you choose? I chose Labrada's Lean Body Trainer since it has a bit of cardio incorporated in from day one as opposed to Jamie Eason's program. Thanks for the request!

80lbs is not a healthy weight to lose in two months, you know that. Set some healthy goals like getting more active and getting more water and things will work out. The weight will come off. Focus on being happy and preparing yourself to meet your beau in the coming months.

In my humble opinion, do what's best for you and your body. At the end of the day, it's about getting healthier and feeling great about yourself.
