Hating how fat I am and how fat i look in photos and dreading a future vacation because it will be filled with me hating how I look in every photo. It's just sad and not a good life to live like that. I want to take a million photos of the memories and not worry about a double chin ruining it.

1,200 calories has been working for me so far. I'm 5'2 and started at 215 pounds. I eat every 2 hours or so. My meal plan is almost the same every day but I do vary it up a little. I'm agree with everyone else- c25k! I have it but haven't used it yet but I've heard it's fabulous. I just started running this week and I've been just working on walking - fast paced walking, building up a stamina for that and then in a week or two start the c25k app. Until then I've been using the free Nike+ running app.

The thing that helps me is meal prep. I like to know ahead of time what I'm going to eat and when, and that also saves me from browsing the fridge or pantry. I also rotate between the same things everyday. The exercising part is more challenging though. My problem has always been when I start exercising and eating right, I…
