I see a lot of post regarding TDEE....what is this?

I looked on google... "TDEE is the amount calories your body burns in a 24 hour period, sleeping, working, exercising, playing and even digesting food!" The TDEE calculator measure the total daily energy expenditure.0

It stands for Total Daily Energy Expended. This is the number of calories if you go over you will gain weight. If your calories are lower, then you will lose weight. It includes everything you do physically during the day, so exercise calories are included in this but not in the goal that MFP sets for you. That is why you need to eat your exercise calories if you use the MFP goal.0
