It really depends on how big you are at the start. I was 250lbs or something, and I lost nearly 17kg in 2 months. The healthy way. So you could probably do the same. I do cardio 1 hour per day (high intensity) and weights for another hour. Just eat healthy. Drop your caloric intake down to about 1500 at least. :)

I think you should try something like Cottage Cheese. It's VERY low in fat/calories. Only 97 calories per 100 grams. It tastes great! Feta cheese is another great option. :)
