Overall I didn't like this week! I wasn't focused on what I put in my mouth or the quality of my exercise!! I'm heavy and I should lose more weight than what I'm losing but with the messy food intake this is not possible! Next week is starting, and I'm hoping and going to make it happen! Good luck to us!

The ratio I posted that cover this week I couldn't follow properly! I struggled eating enough protein and less carbs! So the new ratio for this coming week is 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fat!
