Ive always been more focused on fat but i take weight in consideration too and lastly i measure myself. I think everything togheter makes for a good standpoint on how my bulk/cut is going.

Im doing MMA/muy thai and submission wrestling atm but i have done some BJJ too previously. We got a really good double black belt under duda soares and eddie bravo here in stockholm. Judo is a good compliment since i feel like bjj is lacking in the takedown department sometimes^^

Just ate the best sushi of my life. Among them were delicius rolls with fried shrimp in the middle and spicy tuna on top, I could eat that for all my meals every freaking day.

I will never drink water as my daily fluid. I need 90% fluid from something with taste or im going to start boredom eating or crave snacks. So sugar free fluids like juice, energy drinks and fizzy drinks are my achilles heel

Ye ive made up my mind to recomp, going to do a week of losing 0.25 first and then go up to maintenance calories, becouse ive been eathing at 0.5 for a long time so i just kinda want to ease into it. Thanks for the feedback!
