  • There are some of those that do have aspartame or other artificial sweeteners, which you may or may not choose to include in a healthy lifestyle. I have found that Talking Rain sparkling water does the same thing for me, gives me a little flavor while still hydrating, and it doesn't have anything but natural flavor in it.…
