Zero Calorie Sparkling Water

I found some Zero Calorie Flavored sparkling water at the grocery store the other day so I bought some to try and have fallen in love. It takes care of my sweet tooth when I want to gorge myself with candy etc and it keeps me feeling full after only drinking a little of it. I'm just wondering if it's good for me...
Nutritional wise, it shows that is has nothing, no calories, no sugar, no sodium etc but it does have some Vitamins in it. Is this stuff bad to drink on a regular basis to keep me feeling full and take away my sweet tooth cravings? I don't plan on drinking more than 8 oz of it a day and I'm still going to be eating healthy and drinking my water. It just seems that something like this with "nothing" in it should somehow be bad for me. lol

From what I remember the last time I looked at the nutrition facts- it has aspartame in it- all diet drinks have it. Really depends on your thoughts on aspartame or other unnatural sugar-free sweetners.0

I'm from Germany and therefor grew up drinking sparkling water every single day of my life.... until i moved to the states, lol. But yeah, it's very good for you, it's plain water, just carbonated to make it sparkly. There are even water systems where you can make it yourself. I found a good one again too and drink it regularly now as well. Most of my friends don't like it but i love it.
I drink the plain water though, no flavor. Not sure what they add for the flavor but maybe you can get the plain one and just add a bit of natural juice to it? Just enough for flavor0 -
There are some of those that do have aspartame or other artificial sweeteners, which you may or may not choose to include in a healthy lifestyle. I have found that Talking Rain sparkling water does the same thing for me, gives me a little flavor while still hydrating, and it doesn't have anything but natural flavor in it. I did discuss it with my trainer, who suggested to not drink it immediately before working out, because of the bubbles0

I sure hope it isn't bad because I do drink a lot of it. Most come in 20oz bottles and that's actually 2 and a half 8oz servings. Several different brands are all 0's and have flavors that I enjoy. Some of them do have carbs and /or sodium so I'm conscious of that and mix it up so I don't get too much. I rarely drink plain water (shame on me I know, but I wasn't brought up drinking water) and switching to this instead of sweet tea or soda or diet soda makes me feel like I'm doing something good for myself.0

I drink sparkling water every day. It's not the only water I drink, but since I gave up sodas (including diet) when I started trying to lose weight, it satisfies my desire for something bubbly. I usually drink plain sparkling water, but from everything I have read, the nurtritional value is exactly the same as water. Without caffeine, it doesn't serve as a diuretic. I have read some articles, though, that caution you from drinking something with artificial sweeteners because they trigger the same thing in your body that makes you crave other sweet treats.0

I like Pellegrino with lemon...get the sparkling part without the aspartame. It gives me a headache.0
