  • Does the artifical sweetener list include stevia? I use stevia, and am jumping up and down the same two pounds for three weeks now. But, like a big baby, I have a hard time getting enough water in if it isn't sweetened with some lemon juice.

  • I am joining the club! A little over one month, with one normal cycle at the beginning, and today I'm early and things are just weird. Normally everything is pretty normal, unless I'm pregnant, and since that is impossible, things are weird.

  • My plan is to only log calories occasionally. I have tracked calories and points for far too much of my life. I need to be free of it on a regular basis. I pay attention to carbs.

  • I am wondering if the swelling of my fingers means I should cut back a bit? Or if it's the potassium? I supplement with mag, so I doubt it's that. I just don't want to overdo the sodium and the swelling seems like its my body telling me something isn't quite right.
