I helped my daughter make cookies for her class yesterday and did not cheat. I tasted a teeny, tiny amount of dough to make sure it was alright and it tasted like pure sugar. I had no desire to have any more. I'm so glad I don't do sugar anymore. One year ago I would have had a two day cookie bender.

Me too! Nuts are my downfall! I had a major slip with macadamia nuts a while back and now I'm back at it with a box of mixed nuts my husband insisted we get. I don't even like cashews and I've been wolfing them down. So, tomorrow, no more nuts! I'm with you!

My stats: 37 F 5'6 This morning weight 156.8 I'd love to lose 8-10 pounds by mid July. I hope this will get me motivated again. The carbs have been slowly creeping in. I have been reading Gary Taubes "Good Calories, Bad Calories". I feel pretty solid about this challenge. I definitely need to be more mindful of what I eat.

I'm so freaking ready! I went to Costco and stocked up. I had some strawberries and cream also as my goodbye. I am looking forward to this. I have been hovering at 156, and I'd like to lose about 8 pounds. I have been this weight for months, so I am ready to shake things up. :)

I'll do both! I already don't track, but since I have stopped losing, I imagine carb creep is the problem. All meat and continued not tracking sounds great.

Nice! I used to have painful cystic acne, including when I went vegan and basically ate fruit, veggies, and organic whole grains. I haven't had a single flare up since I changed my diet last May.

I had similar issues and had to give up dairy. It has made a difference, but it took two weeks. I miss cream in my coffee.

Make your own! It's so easy. I use avocado oil, egg, lemon juice or vinegar, salt, and a couple drops of stevia. I mix it in my mixer. There are tons of recipes online. So easy and really good.

I have had a harder time giving up dairy than sugar or grains. My morning cup of coffee still makes me sad, nearly a month later. Mine haven't disappeared completely, but are far less severe than they used to be. I can now eat and drink during a migraine. I could probably even work. I would say the pain went from a 8 to a 3.

Tonight I did zumba. The last time I took a class was right after I started low carb. It was so much easier this time, 22 pounds less, than last time. Also, I recently bought some new pants. I got 10s, but should have gotten 8s. I'm glad I got them on sale.

I just tricked my five year old into eating 'macaroni and cheese' using dubliner soft cheese, parmesean, butter, and spaghetti squash. It's so, so good! Bwahahaha!

I have made it through Thanksgiving and now Christmas without cheating. First time I haven't gained over the holidays and I didn't feel deprived at all.
