I had turkey, ham, and the cheesy califlower mash I brought over to the in laws. I didn't track carbs, but I think I did pretty good. I did have teaspoon of my mother in laws sweet potatoes. Turkey is always my favorite anyway. I did probably overeat on that. Overall, I am pretty happy.

Six months and about 18 lbs. I am 2 lbs from not being overweight anymore. I haven't really lost anything in the last few months, but I haven't been trying too hard. I do hope to lose another ten or so pounds, but I am not in a rush. I am mostly happy that my migraines are far less frequent and less painful.

Kirkland bacon is so good. I buy the shredded parmesan (sp?) cheese to make 'chips'. Frozen blueberries, heavy cream, avocado oil, walnuts, pecans, nitrate free salami, coffee. Dubliner cheese and butter. Olives, organic eggs. I just bought single serving guacamole, which is just okay. I love costco.

I drink bone broth from broth I make myself. I usually use left over chicken bones that I freeze until I have enough to make a decent batch of broth. I boil the bones with a splash of apple cider vinegar and will usually throw in some oregeno and rosemary and of course a lot of salt. I will boil it for about 12 hours…

I am no longer overweight! At least for today. But I have dropped 20 lbs without constantly counting calories or feeling hungry. On the days I go to work, I skip breakfast and I'm totally fine without food. My migraines have lessened in frequency and severity.

This thread does help me to realize I will never compliment someone's weight loss. I definitely don't want to offend anyone, and just because I like the attention, doesn't mean other people do.

It's funny how different we all are! I haven't had anyone notice my weight loss, or at least no one has mentioned it and I'm a little bit bummed about it.

Heavy whipping cream blended with frozen blueberries and a little stevia. Peanuts in any form. Cheese chips with guacamole. Cream cheese on celery, or anything for that matter. I need to eat.

Today, I was cleaning out a shelf and found my old weight watchers food log, one of the last entries being from March. I weighed 171. I would write down everything I ate, trying desperately to stay within points. I ate a ton of carbs and was starving all the time. If I made it through a month without giving up, it was…

The worst thing is realizing that someone is looking to you, thinking you are that person. Listen, I'm just faking this grown up stuff.

I just realized that I weigh less than my driver's license, and I was not being *ahem* entirely truthful when I got it. Victory!

This!

I have some! Which is great because I am just now working again, and I had some work clothes in the mix.

I am back at my pre pregnancy weight! It's only taken me five years, and two other times of being within two pounds! I did a little jump this morning when I got off the scale.

I have lost the baby weight! This morning I weighed in at my pre pregnancy weight. Never you mind that the baby will be five in a couple weeks. ;)

Freedom from being chained to food!!! Before low carb, I would eat the second I woke up. Most days I would scarf some cereal down before I even finished making coffee. This morning, I drank coffee and then took a walk, before eating breakfast. That would have been impossible before. Yesterday, I went until 10 am before…

I will forge ahead, then, with calories as is. I'm not going to complain! And I had ups and downs when I wasn't counting, I just settled at a weight for nearly three months and such a big drop is a little startling. Thanks for the replies!

I wish I could ignore calories. It was really my goal when I started with LCHF to not have to track anything. But after three months of not losing, except the initial weight loss, I realize to do need to pay attention. The good news is, when I get to my goal weight, whatever that is, I will be able to maintain without…

The hunger part is really mild. Yesterday, I was hungry around three, but we didn't end up eating dinner until 630, and I was fine. Before I cut out the carbs I would panic and have to eat something or a lot of somethings. So that part is really manageable. It's just weird to lose so much in a week, because I thought that…

I'm not very active. I haven't even been exercising for the last month.

I've read on other forums, maybe this one also, that as you lose weight those numbers can go up. When your weight stabilizes is the time to get your blood tests done. One of the more seasoned people on here can correct me if I'm wrong.

I lost for the first month, then nothing. But I also wasn't tracking. So I went the next six weeks just maintaining. Which was great because I didn't gain even while on vacation. I have recently started tracking again and I am down two pounds in the last week. I really think that my body was healing in that time I was…

My high for the week was coming home from a three week trip to go camping and see my family in another state and I didn't gain. Typically every year when I go I gain about five-seven pounds. And the last two days I have lost!! Yay!!!

I was always hungry on WW and the last couple times I tried I was barely losing any weight. I'd rather stick to hflc.

Wow! You look great!! Way to go!

Thanks! I'm pretty proud of myself. For a reward, steak for dinner!
