haha We have those terms in German too: Liegestützen -> pushups Frauen-Liegestützen -> women pushups to be honest. I can only do the women pushups :-D But I´m sure I can do the ordinary ones one day. Having 20lbs less to lift will probably help too :laugh:

that´s all silly... just eat everything balanced and you will be fine as long as you will stay withing your calorie-limit.... I´m doing this now for a lil bit over 2 months: I drink alcohol, I eat chocolate or other sweets.... i´m losing weight... And I don´t believe that fat or sugar can make me sick, as long as I eat…

dooooooooooh! Of course we shouldnt bully fat people... I think this is clear to everybody. BUT we shouldn´t accept it because everyone of us pays for their diseases thru his or her health insurence (at least in Germany where everybody has to have one). That way fat people harm society. If she will pay for all her diseases…

Welcome to your new lifestyle =) First week was rhough for me, but now I´m feeling realy good with mfp and my new lifestyle. I´m sure that I can keep doing this and I will do it until I have reached my aim. So maybe that encourages you a lil bit. Good luck and have fun!

I have cut back a lot on beer. I used to drink a beer in the evening after work. not every day, but several times a week. I leave it cut back for now. When I have reached my goal I will probably drink more beer again, since I´m not healthy with what I´m eating right now =) :drinker:

I agree! I was eating sooo much pasta or rice... and first those 150g I´meating now looked so tiny. I was quite sad about that! Than I realize that it filled me up though :-)

I enjoy my beer even though I´m dieting right now. When I have it I count it! one bottle (500ml) has 200kcal. Can´t have it often though.
