Thanks, I may take you up on that offer. I have one that I got from shopdiabetes.com called Healthy Calendar Diabetic Cooking, 2nd Edition. It has a weeks worth of daily meals for every week of the year. It also includes a weekly shopping list so you know exactly what to buy. Eat healthy and save money!

So you want to track calories for strength training. Add it as a cardio, you and I will be the only ones that know!

I've noticed that it will round off the .XX number to the whole or half. If you enter .33 it will probably give you .5, but that's close enough for me.
