Every morning at work I make an egg scramble in the microwave. Using one egg and one egg white, one precooked turkey sausage link (chopped into pieces) and 1/2 a slice of RF Colby Jack Sargento cheese. You can add anything you like to it. Sometimes I top with just a 1/2 a TB of Salsa or I add some Jalapenos. Or you can…

I love just baking some fresh squash both green and yellow. Just cut them 3/4 of an inch thick slices and sprinkle with your favorite seasoning and bake. I cook them in a cast iron skillet on the stove top for just a few minutes on each side then bake until they are nice an golden.

I make stir fry with diced chicken, fresh green beans, mushrooms (fresh if I have them if not canned), water chestnuts, cabbage. Any vegetable you like. Last night I made a stir fry with chicken, cabbage, onion and green pepper, edamame and stif fry sauce. Then decided to put them inside an egg roll wrapper and baked them.…

I love cooking Veggies of all kinds in my cast iron. My favorites are cauliflower sliced about 1 inch thick, cabbage, zuc and yellow squash, and fresh green beans. I just season them with either Montreal Steak seasoning or minced garlic. Love how it puts a nice char on them.

I didn't have swiss cheese so I used some Sargento reduced fat colby slices that I had and I couldn't find fat free cream at my local store. I would defiently make this again. Maybe even top it off with just an extra spoon ful of kraut on top when serving.…

I chop up 2 links of Jimmy Dean Chorizo Chicken (fully cooked/microwaveable, 3 links is 1 serving) into 2 raw egg whites and I mix together and microwave for about a 1:20 on high. sprinkle with some shreeded cheese. Low cal and high protein.
