  • Did strength and yoga Monday as usual, Tue was squats, modified pushups & lunges, a wall sit and a plank. Working up to do doing more of those every day. Yesterday was a bit chaotic and only got in a little walk. If the rain holds off, will get in a longer walk today.

  • Yes, thanks! I ended last month a pound higher. I have to be way more active and cut out my dark chocolate for the month. Food and exercise have both been better this week. Water is great during the week but I slack on weekends. Will put some reminders in my phone.

  • Happy to say I have not been on antibiotics in about 25 years. It sounds like they may have a similar impact to steroids. When I had to be on those, I wish I had known about keto. It would have helped tremendously. Maybe you can drop your carbs a tiny bit more through this 2nd round? Hope your infection clears up!
