Hey! I started with 2x25 squats without weights (although in a lot of pain afterwards) and lunges where 3x15 each side. When you feel you can do more, do more. You should be able to do the last squat or lunge properly but not be able to do a single more, then you have the right intensity ;) Good luck! :)

Chicken breast skinless has around 100 cal for 100g. It's a little more but this is how I try to remember it when I forgot to look at the calories. Anyway, skin on the chicken or adding a lot of oil also adds a lot of calories since 1 tbsp of oil contains around 80 cal. Hope this helps you a little :)

I once heard from my doctor that one egg a day is fine, so whenever I use more than one egg (pancakes, omelet) I make sure I use one whole egg and the other just egg whites. Also the taste with at least one whole egg is better ;) Good luck!

Yes I do! But that is because exercising makes me happy :) That's my way to get out of the stressfull day for a moment and just be alone with myself and my music on. So when I don't workout for a couple of days I'm less 'balanced'

I'm a student and I can tell you: alcohol calories count :( That whole beer belly thing hasn't reallt hit me yet but there are lots of boys and even girls that drink a lot and get a little beer belly even if they eat quite healty throughout the day

Grilled chicken wins! The flavor just tops everything :) But it depends a little on the meal, in soup or something like that it doesn't really matter if you have grilled or boiled chicken and boiled chicken is actually easier then ;)
