There is alcohol but also non-alcoholic. But I found that alcohol consumption has no influence on how much I eat of the snacks.. Thanks for the sitting-away tip though! And chewing gum is also a good one, will try that :)

I would recommend you downsize your calorie intake slowly. At the moment your body thinks it starving. Try to stick with 2000 for 2 weeks, then 1800, 1500 and then 1200. You wil already be losing weight but on a healthy way

I don't know what it could be, but some foods typically influence the digestive system more.. this is alcohol, coffee, kiwi's etc. whereas bananas and prune have the opposite effect. You could look it up at the internet. That's the only tip I have :(

Green tea with coconut my absolute favorite!!! I used to drink a lot of black tea but since I discovered green tea I only drink that and water :)

My homemade healthy guacamole 1 avocado 1 small onion 150 ml greek yoghurt salt and pepper Blend everything and that's it! Two big servings, each one 200 calories, or 4 small ones for 100 calories :)

I'm on a pretty easy diet, it's called the don't eat crap diet. Besides I only eat what I feel my body needs.. Somedays I'm a vegan, somedays a vegetarian, somedays just regular meatconsumption. If you do it to see what your body looks like, good challenge but.. unsatisfying maybe and pretty hard? I would say, eat healthy…

Anything that makes me feel physically bad.. I get headache from crisps and stomach pain from wheat, so I try to avoid that as much as I can

My diary is also open, I eat meat but since I was a vegetarian for 7 years a lot of it is also vegetarian or even vegan :)

I saw a giant shooting star tonight :) It was in a light green/blue and lasted for seconds! I was sitting in front of my window studying. When I woke up today I read in the newspapers that there was a big meteor just above the place where I live. That was great :)

Planning your meals helps a lot :) I have set times when I eat, my body is used to it, when I look at the clock and see it's two o'clock in the afternoon, it's time for lunch! Try to eat at least close to what MFP tells you, otherwise you're missing out on nutrients ;) Good luck!

The less you weigh already the more small changes matter. When I eat 1500 calories I don't think I would lose the last 4 pounds. I just need 1200 calories. And most importantly, when you eat clever you can eat a lot of food!

Someone gave me the tip to only count added sugars from drinks or sweats and ready-meals. Fruit is fine, in my diet I wouldn't be allowed to have a single apple a day otherwise and I'm not going to do that :P

I think you're right although a lot of people are more or less intolerant on wheat and other flour products like pasta and so on. Then cutting out is reasonable. If you don't have any problems, you should be fine with eating them :) You have a liver for a reason, just don't eat to much crap, but that's common sense anyways…
