My sister has. It gives you the runs. I do not recommend.0

The weight you lose is poop, not fat.
Best thing you can do for weight loss is eat less than you burn.0 -
Yes, tried it, but it didn't work. Tea isn't going to make you lose weight. Even the ones that promise to raise your metabolism do it at such a small percentage that you'd never see or feel a difference by drinking the tea alone and making no other change.
Drinking tea instead of eating - that might work. This is my recent project - brew tea instead of snack all day. I bought some divine loose tea leaves. One is flavored with chocolate, macadamia nut, and coconut; mmmm-mmmm good. The other is jasmine white tea - heaven in a cup.0 -

Interestingly, most of the metabolites of burning fat are eliminated in the breath, not the gut. Susan Powter was right - gotta breathe to lose weight.0 -

The tea she is referring to has a laxative in it. This has nothing to do with breathing and everything to do with the gut.0 -
try green tea instead, it really helps boost your metabolism and doesn't make you run to the toilet every hour0

Are you talking smooth move?0

I remember they pulled a weight loss tea from the market about 10 years ago. Basically it was a laxative and a few people died from lack of electrolytes.
If you like tea, green tea is wonderful and gives you health benefits and is refreshing without making you poo in your pants.0 -
Poop Tea! I guess if you like to spend a lot of time in the bathroom it's good. Otherwise I'd skip it.0

Uh, you have to breathe to keep living.
To lose weight, you have to breathe (to live) and eat fewer calories than you burn.0 -
All it does is cramp me up and then I need to go in the middle of the night...and what comes out isn't worth missing any sleep!0

lol thanks guys!
I've started by replacing my afternoon coffee (with hot chocolate) with tea... we'll see how that goes. Going to try to replace the calories I don't need - extra coffee, sweet snacks with flavored tea and fruit.0
