One protein shake can get you halfway to your daily goal. Or make a protein smoothie. Plain greek yogurt, some ice, some protein powder, a little bit of milk or almond milk (add in fruit or nut butter to taste) and bam. Protein heaven.

At your height, 2000+ calories will not be maintaining. You'll gain. Stick as close to 1200 as you can, vegetables, fruit, and work out. Watch your sodium. Try to keep it under 2000mgs. At least 8 glasses of water a day. The weight will start coming off, scouts honor.

I go waaay over my sugars everyday and I've lost 57lbs. As long as your sweets are not the majority of your sugar intake you're fine. Mine mostly comes from fruit so I don't worry about it.

Take a sweet potato, slice it thin, toss in some EVOO and whatever spices you like, and bake 'em till they're crispy. :) It'll satisfy your craving!

Thank you! My arms were the last to lose, it's been horrible getting them to be proportionate haha. Try and do as much strength training as you can! It really helps.
