I feel your pain! I've been working/eating better for a year and half and have only lost 24lbs. I have to work very hard to lose any weight. Just eating less calories doesn't seem to do much for me. I only take 5,000 iu of Vitamin D, but it's what my doctor told me to take. Once in a while when I'm having insomnia problems I will take Magnesium for a few days and for whatever reason it does help.

I'm 5'6 and my goal is 155. I have a big boobs and look kinda silly much smaller than that. I really was happiest with myself when I was in the 160's because I was pretty curvy, so we'll see. I still have a long way to go.

Wish I could offer good advice, but I am the same way. I do good for a while, lose a little, then start a backwards slide. I'm a big stress eater which doesn't help. I have managed to keep off 20 lbs for the last year which is something, but I'm trying to keep at it. Good luck
