  • I am really lucky because my husband is a former chef. He has joined mfp this week to do this as a family. His only problem was he made a lot of fatty foods, but we have altered some of the recipes to make them healthier.
  • I did the 30ds a couple months ago and lost a total of 10.5 inches. I was pleased with the results and plan on doing it again.
  • Bump I just made my grocery list for this week. Balsamic Chicken and Pulled Pork and the Oatmeal sounds great!
  • Thanks so much. I am logging it in cardio as well.
  • Absolutely it is good for beginners I just finished it about 2 weeks ago and I lost 5 lbs and 10.75 inches. I feel great and the instruction is easy to follow also she has one girl modified so it is easier for beginners to follow.

My muscles in my legs are looking pretty good and I plan on officially weighing and measuring on Sunday, to get my final results. Going to get the 30 days in but it will be 32…
  • Well 26 days down and 4 to go. I still got it in but feeling a little rough. I am starting to get a cold and want to finish. I am doing the workout with Anita with this pesky little bug.
  • Only 6 days left and I am so excited to get my final numbers. Not only have I noticed a difference in the fit of my clothes, but I have noticed a huge difference in my face. You can see my cheek bones and I have dimples that you can see again. Sooooo psyched
  • You can do it Toni. Don't stop now because you have come so far!!!! It has been a great motivator to have someone doing it with someone. It is hard to get bored for me when I am sweating everyday a little more. My legs and shoulders are screaming today and I will get day 23 in after cheerleading practice this evening. I am…
  • I am on day 23 today. It is tough but it is well worth the results.
  • Day 2 of Level 3; 8 days left on 30DS. I Love to sweat! And boy am I sweating from the Level 3 circuit 3 those rockstars are killers.
  • Started Level 3 today on day 21. I was really sweating, it was dripping off my nose and down my face. A little sore after finishing I really need a mat to get down on the floor when doing all the floor work. I am going to look at them tomorrow.
  • I am on day 21 did 10 days on Level 1, 10 days on Level 2, and today I started Level 3. I took before pictures in 9 days I will post mine. I have already lost a few inches and a few lbs. But I won't reveal that until I have finished 30DS.
  • Way to go Toni. You are finding ways to keep going! Yeah I finished Level 2 this evening, on to Level 3 tomorrow. Bring it on!!!
  • I more day on Level 2 and I can move on to Levell 3 yeah!!!!
  • my day 18 was the same sweat running down my face and my daughter counting every exercise I do. I know you can do it I'll keep reminding you everyday as I go 30 days no stoppin 2 more days and on to Level 3:bigsmile:
  • day 17 completed after the football game this morning. It seems like the sweat just comes off me in buckets. Those plank jacks and plank twists are killers. But I look forward to my final measurements. Tomorrow is weigh in day.
  • Got my workout in after cheerleading practice. I really needed that stress reliever.
  • Sometimes I have to remind myself that mind is over matter in my workouts. Boy is the last circuit of level 2 in the 30DS a bear. But I keep on pushing on. I am proud of myself for keeping up on my daily routine. I haven't missed a day yet, 15 down and 15 to go. I just have to remember to keep on keeping on so I never have…
  • The Fiber One Brownies are a good snack. I also buy the canaster of Planters Nutrition Energy Mix and the suggested serving size is 1/4 c. I portion it into snack baggies and leave them at the office.
  • The half way point is tomorrow.......only 5 more days in the nightmare of Level 2. It is getting easier but it is still a bear!
  • my shoulders are feeling it as well, but think of the reward when we finish. We will look AWESOME!!! Finished my day 3 with sweat stinging my eyes and clothes drenched in sweat. We are almost half way there!! Go us!:drinker:
  • So proud of myself! I actually lasted the whole way through the plank twists today. Day 2 of Level 2 and my shoulders are feeling those military presses.
  • Just started Level 2 yesterday and i lost 3 lbs and 4 inches in Level 1 doing it for 10 days. Be careful with the amount of weight you start with. This is my second time so I increased my weights.
  • It is a great workout and I have found if you do it as instructed you should have no problems. Jillian is always telling you if you are a beginner use Anita. Maybe your friend started with Natalie and was not ready for that.
  • so many times we are so hard on ourselves and we all have been in that stage of our journey. Ashamed of the way we looked in those photos, but the important thing is you realized that it was about health. Keep up the hard work and start taking those photos now!
  • Well finished day 1 of Level 2 on my 11th day of 30ds. Boy it kicked my butt! I did abt half with Natalie and the other half with Anita. I don't know if I will be able to do the plank jacks with Natalie. Whoever invented those are probably the most insane people in the world!
