When you set up your mfp goals it will tell you gow many calories to eat. It would be the same whether you are doing low carb or not. Good luck!

You can link the two so mfp will adjust your calories depending on your activity. I set mfp on sedentary and let it add the appropriate calories depending on my activity.

I'm 34 5'2 & maintain 125-128 on around 1700 cal without excersise. I get around 13,000 steps a day

I've found that maintenance really is about gaining and losing the same 5 lbs over and over again for the rest of your life! Most people aren't going to eat the exact same number of calories everyday. You go over, you go under. Its annoying.

Are you eating back exercise calories? Maybe you are overestimating calories burned. Also you should really use a food scale. There's not too much of a point trying to count calories if they aren't accurate. I would at least weight meat and calorie dense things like peanut butter etc. Good luck :)
