Me! I'm getting married June 17th! I only need to lose like 5 lbs (I lost over 40 a few years ago) but trying to get back on track after the holidays!

Yes you can "bank" calories for the week or month or whatever. Weight loss comes from being in a deficit over time. As long as it's averaging itself out it's fine.

A large muffin is easily 500 calories

I just did it

Yes! Twats! Ha I said it! The wedding people are totally cool with cursing though so there's that...

I never thought people on here were mean. Some people are really sensitive and/or stubborn & refuse to believe there's a chance something a friend/coworker etc. is nonsense. And starting posts with the disclaimer "don't say anything negative" or "if you disagree don't comment". That's asking for it!

If you're not afraid of fake sugar (which there's no reason to be) Fill a cup with water and add: 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 5 grams sugar free vanilla powdered creamer Vanilla extract 4 packets of equal Pinch of salt It's 50 calories and no sugar!

If your steps are adding calories to what MFP is giving you according to the activity level you put in I would not eat back exercise calories in addition to that. It kind of is double dipping IMO
-
If it's under your calorie goal it will work
-
Ok so you're saying it made no difference then?
-
Have you tried lchf?
-
Some people say that & some people say the opposite so I'm asking for people's personal experiences

Ok so it's not just me! I never really noticed it this much before. I'm eating lots of fruit and vegetables since I heard that helps too.
