I started getting insomnia when I started losing weight three years ago. I started waking up so many times during the night (like every hour on the hour) and unfortunately it has never gone away even though I've been in maintenance for over a year. Sucks

Just because you have the correct percentages doesn't mean you have actually hit your targets. Also since you are trying to build muscle and gain weight I would try to eat your remaining calories and at least hit your protein goal.

I used to have one and I really liked it! You can carbonate any liquid you want! If you do plain water it would make more of a club soda so you would have to add sweetener and some lemon juice or something to make it taste like tonic water.

A ton. I'm not picky as fat as brands. As long as it has caffeine and some creamer other than milk I'm good!

Are you counting calories? If you're not losing you need to cut more calories. "Eating clean" will not necessarily make you lose weight .

If you're losing at a good rate I wouldn't worry about it right now. When you get closer to your goal, and then in maintenance, the accuracy becomes more important so I would suggest a food scale for sure at that point. Good luck. :)

For mfp purposes you are sedentary. All your exercise calories get logged and you eat them back.

I'm 5'2 and started around 173. Now I'm at my goal at around 120. It took me about two years total. The last 10lbs took me about a year! You can do it !

A lot of people think it tastes nasty. I agree. Maybe try it before you buy in mass quantities? I think they sell it in most grocery stores.

Yeah I heard about this. They analyzed like 30 brands of protein powder to see if the nutritional info was accurate. There were some brands that had only a fraction of the protein they claim or way more calories, carbs etc.
