Nope. You're eating more than you think.

She "forces" you to eat them? If you don't want to eat them don't. Just ignore her . You can't let anyone else control your life. It's your decision not hers.

This is why you are not losing weight. Plain and simple. You need to weigh and log everything whenever possible. Take it easy at social events or cut your calories on weekdays. It's tempting to believe eating more will be the solution but it's not. I mean do you honestly in your heart believe you are eating too little?
-
Eat less or exercise more. You aren't in a deficit if you aren't losing any weight. Really crack down on your logging. Make sure to use a food scale. It's really easy to overestimate your intake.

Seriously this. The op is not starving. She's only been at it for two months and hasn't even lost any weight yet. Suggesting she eat more is pretty absurd IMO. Just cuz the diary says it doesn't mean it's true.

I saw a gif earlier of a cat eating pancakes! That made me smile. Oh and money and chocolate every time.
-
She admits she wasn't being accurate. It's really not that complicated.
-
If you were truly eating 900 calories you would be losing weight no question. Something is off. You must be underestimating your intake. As someone else said you should really use a food scale.
-
Same here. Hasn't been a problem!

I see no reason at all to suggest she has an eating disorder.

Yes pb2! It's my favorite invention!
-
I know right! What types of items are you having trouble with?
-
Ok but how are you sure you were eating to little though? You said it prompted you to start weighing all your food so maybe when you thought you were increasing you were really decreasing because you were eating more than you thought you were when you weren't weighing. And then you started being more accurate so even at…

Plateau being defined as some kind of biological process that stops weight loss even though you're eating at a deficit for any length of time at all.
-
It's usually not but in a perfect world I think it would be. I mean biologically it should be. Eating patterns and daily calorie burns are not linear though so it gives not linear results for people. If someone ate the same exact food in the same exact quantities and did the same exact movements (like every step they took…
-
And as for the people who swear they hit one and upped their calories to break it (because of "starvation mode" and what have you) I think it's just the act of changing your goal prompts you into logging more accurately and paying more attention again.

Ok thank you:)

I love sashimi. If I make it myself can I use any fresh fish from the grocery store? Does it have to be anything special? I don't want to get sick.
-
Seriously where did you get these? I can't find them! I need them!
-
Oh yeah those are awesome too!

I'm 5'2 120 lbs and just going into maintenance. I eat around 1400 and one day a week I'll go up to 1900. I don't eat exercise calories back. I've been pretty much maintaining for a few weeks now.

Holy ... What? My favorite is # 5

I think they're really good. Much much tastier than the fat free ones.

Agreed

I'm great with kids.

I freaked out right before I turned 30 also! It's scary. I was also at my heaviest and decided to change once and for all. 2 1/2 years later I'm my lowest weight ever! You can do this!

Oh my god what is that! ... goes looking for car keys
