During the week day. I shake mine in a shaker cup with flax seed oil, unsweetened coconut or almond milk and water. It tasted great! I start my day off with 32 oz of H2O every morning. I work in surgery and have to be scrubbed in most days. It's not easy. As soon as the case is over, I'm usually running down to the locker room. LOL! I hydrate at least 3 more times a day like that. If not more, depends on my workouts. I NEED my water so it's worth it! :D

I did classic or doubles if you consider that I go to the gym and running before doing my p90x or Insanity (which ever one I'm doing at the time) workouts. :) Good luck and have fun with it! Kelly :)

If you have a Fleet feet near you they can measure your feet and fit you to the correct shoes for your needs. Also try going up a 1/2 or full size. That was my issue. I LOVE It and I'm happy I bought it. I have completed 1 round of p90x. After p90x I started p90x/Insanity hybrid, but decided to do a full round of Insanity, which I'm currently doing. I go to the gym 5 days a week and do INSANITY too! I did the same thing when I did p90x. it takes serious dedication for sure. I'm going into my 7th week of INSANITY! Have fun with it! :happy:

Shakeology meal replacement shakes! Hands down the best shake you'll ever drink and believe me I've used many over the past 15 yrs. I shake it with water or blend it in the blender with unsweetened coconut milk and some times I add fruit. YUMMY! :happy:

YES!!! I started a topic yesterday about people not eating enough fruit and veggies. I also mention the time it takes to load up in the car and head out to a fast food joint to get unhealthy food. What a waste of time when you could be home preparing healthy meals for your family.

DISAGREE! But you can always look at it this way, pay a little more to eat healthy or pay more in health bills down the road. I think I would chose to be healthy instead of sick, on meds and in the hospital all the time. It pays to be healthy in so many ways!

That is funny, we put olive oil and Mrs. Dash seasoning on baby bell peppers, asparagus and sweet potato fries and put them in the oven sometimes too...YUMMY!!!!! :happy:

Yes, try the yoga pants/spandex they are usually tighter at the waist and stay in place better. They also help hold thing in place.
