  • Starting is the 1st step to success! WAY TO GO! I started out by doing push ups on my knees too, but I kept at it and was doing boy style pushups mid way through p90x. If you keep at it you will get stronger. Go at your own pace, do your best and forget the rest! :)

  • Are your shoes getting worn down? That could causing a foot imbalance which could cause lower back pain. There could be many reasons. You might of strained a muscle or even have a herniated disc? It was my long run day (20 miles WOO HOO) so I didn't do any other exercise besides my 3 mile walk with the hubby and puppies tonight. Tomorrow is Shoulders & Arms + Ab ripper X.
