Which ever one you decide to do is fine. :) I'm not big on women vs man because I think us women can/ARE just as capable and strong as any man. Have you ever seen a man give birth? Didn't think so LOL! I did the classic or doubles if you count the fact I still went to the gym 5 days a week and ran. Plus went on my…

Don't be intimidated. The workout program has been designed for all levels. You can modify the exercises until you are strong enough to do more advanced moves. Remember to go at your own pace. You will be sore the 1st week, but that will pass...PROMISE!! The key is to keep pushing play. Set aside a time everyday, like an…

You will need some weights and bands for sure. I would say the pull up bar is optional. I used one through my 2nd round, but still preferred the weights and the bands. I've been using 5lbs, 8lbs and 10lbs weights. But I'm ready to up the weights. Hubby and I were just talking about buying a nice weight rack. It's time.…

I just finished reading the "Eating Clean Stripped" By Tosca Reno. She will explain in the book what you need to eat and rules to fallow to strip those last 10 lbs. I already live a eating clean lifestyle (I don't believe in using the word "diet" either ) , but still found reading the book helped me refocuse on…

When I waitressed back in the day I used my pedometer to see how many miles I would walk a night. I considered it part of my workouts. LOL!

I love banana's, almond butter and a protien shake. I have learned NOT to eat eggs or dairy products such as milk before a run...NOT GOOD!!! LOL!!! I love this thread and hope to get a few more helpful hints with my training and marathon run coming up in December!

DO IT! DO the 10k! :)

Read the EAT-CLEAN books. It will explain what types of foods to eat and what not to eat to make your body feel satisfied. Soda is NASTY and SO BAD for you no matter if it's regular, zero or what other label they have on it. I say make a switch to unsweetened coconut milk, unsweetened almond milk and WATER WATER WATER!!!!…
