Good job and glad you didn't give into the "sabotagers" LOL! My coworkers do that to me all the time. Whether they mean to or not. They know I am very strict about the foods I put in my mouth, but they still try and get me to eat it with them?! SO...WAY TO GO!!! :happy:

Keep pushing play, do what you can do! You will get stronger and it will get easier. I just finished my 9 weeks and started a running/p90x hybrid. It's only been 1 week sense I finished Insanity and I already miss Shaun T's crazy ways! I am going to run tomorrow and then do an Insanity workout I miss it that much! LOL!…

Two - 3 mile walks (6 total) and p90x shoulders and arms. It was a lazy day for me. Well as far as exercise. I did was the car, bath and maintenance groom my 3 dogs and watch a whole lot of football! HA! :smile:

I LOVE running! But I get what you are talking about. I want to "learn" how to LOVE yoga, but it's just NOT happening! LOL! I would much rather put on my running shoes, turn my music on and just run, me, myself, my music and the pavement. It truly is a high. I hope you end up finding the love you are looking for HA HA!…

I agree 100%. you will notice a change on the scale when you increase your fruit and veggies and eat less processed foods. Not to mention you will feel so energized you will want to be twice as active. Good luck! :smile:

I pushed an envelope tonight...right into the mailbox. The envelope was a little too big for the mailbox slot, but I PUSHED and then SHOVED it in, until I got it to fit! I'm pretty sure it elevated my heart rate enough to burn a few calories??? LOL!!! :laugh:

It's called a hand bike. There is 2 at my gym. If you increase your resistance, you would be surprised how good of a workout it can be. I had no choice, but to use it a few years back. I messed up my knee pretty bad and it's all I could do. I haven't touched in sense my knee got better though. Doing that thing for 5 months…

I am going through the same thing right now. I am training for a marathon and I irritated the posterior tendon in my foot. I have lovely tendonitis that comes and goes. Are you getting enough sleep, are you eating the right foods and drinking plenty of water? Sometimes if I eat sugar, even the smallest amount I get very irritable. I have cut sugar out of my diet for that reason. It makes me a cranky one! :ohwell: I hope things turn around for you. :flowerforyou:

p90x, p90x/Insanity hybrid, Insanity and now p90x/running hybrid to get ready for my marathon in December. I LOVE the Beachbody workouts. On my to do list, Turbofire, ChaLEAN and of course p90x2....:happy:

I second everything you said! Great points! That is the biggest complaint I hear is the weight gain the 1st few weeks. GOOD LUCK to all you starting tomorrow. It's such a FUN program! You will be really sore the 1st week or 2, but that will pass. Don't let that discourage you from doing the program. Remember to go at your own pace, use modified moves until you get stronger and use to the moves, but most of all REMEMBER to ALWAYS BRING IT…

I use to have that problem, but not anymore. I have changed my diet over the past 3 years and cut out alot of foods that are high in sodium. I eat a pretty clean diet now.
