I think it all depends on why? Are you training? Do you just want to lose weight? Exercise certainly is a huge component in weight loss, just be careful that you don't put your body through too much stress e.g. starvation mode. If you are comfortable with what you are doing... Go for it!

It happens.... Try water, taking a walk, deep breathing, brushing your teeth! Chewing really strong mint gum also works... If you do give in... Don't give up. Be kind to yourself...
