2300 is above my maintenance - guy, 75kg, 183cm, 29yr - but if I were above say 100 kilos, I definitely could lose around that number :)

It depends on how badly You want to lose weight, because this is the one way that is GUARANTIED by the laws of the universe that it'll ALWAYS work. Think of it like this - You got three budgets in Your life now: monthly pay, data plan on Your phone and daily calories. :bigsmile: You can do whatever You like with them.

I made it to my goal weight just recently and have been playing with this idea too, I don't feel like not counting just yet, but occasionally skip a log entry for a party, bbq or something. So far so good. One day I won't have to log at all!

I have a desk job and don't have to walk much to get there so I've set my daily activity as sedentary. But I log most of my walks and other cardio, so I'm definately not starving ;) We'll see, I was loosing very little at 1900.

I get the similar symptoms, I blame it on having less blood in general :wink: never actually blacked out though on the serious note - it's not so bad, otherwise I've literally never felt better in my body. My pressure fell dramatically and I have a resting HR of 48 beats per minute (double checked!) :drinker:
