I've lost 12kg since the start of Dec at 1800 cals a day + exercise. Sedentary work, running, ultimate frisbee, toddler at home..

Used to eat fornetti for breakfast. Sweet or salty, don't matter. Those things are swollen with calories that don't fill you up. On my very first day of logging it made 2/3s of my plan at 9am! WTH?! :noway:

Food: Others are eating junk and are ok.. Exercise: So sore from the previous workouts and the little rascal just won't sleep for 4th month in a row.. still pushing forward though..

When I started MFP, on the very first day I logged my breakfast and reached 3/4 of my daily cals :noway: remember the feeling so clearly - "I'm screwed" 2x 100g sweet fornetti + 500ml chocolate acidophilus milk - I just WTFed loudly in the office :laugh:

I compete with myself every evening. Sore all the time. :)

The mirror doors on the closet help me. Just keep staring where my abs are supposed to be when I hit the kettle bells. Every rep I promise myself they'll stare back at me one day!

I drink loads of green tea during the day, like 1,5-2 litres. Green Arrow is my favourite ATM.

Thanks, roger. Will push harder next time. I'll go until I can't do one more rep and see where that gets me. Yesterday after jogging I was pretty much wasted after 10 minutes of kettles :)

I'm approaching the 50lb mark (since my peak weight) and no problem, but I started "just" at 100+kilos. But took me +- 2 years of mostly cardio and recently MFP. A before and during picture in the works :)
