  • It is possible to drink too much water. Not sure how much is too much but there is a condition known as water intoxication which can be serious with loss of electrolytes, etc. I would get a medical opinion on this question.

  • One of the dangers in losing too fast is triggering gall bladder problems.
  • I'm trying a new approach for me. I've been reading that you should vary the number of calories taken in each day, but having the same total for the week (kind of zig-zagging.) Supposedly this fools the body into not going into starvation mode.
  • Concerned that super high protein can be hard on the kidneys and hard to sustain as a lifestyle. Have tried it for brief periods and then would get unbelievable carb cravings which I feel was a signal from my body that I was doing something wrong.. . Have to find the balance.
