OMG girl, you even worked in some Applebee's! AMAZING. I think I will be eating a lot of peanut butter, fruits and veggies, and cereal. Multi Vitamin to make sure I get what I need, and skinny cow icecream at the end of the day for a job well done. :)

We can do this. No HRM all day long. I am going to preplan my day. Starting early in the morning before it gets too hot. We are going to do this! I better plan my diet, any suggestions there. Poor eating could mess this up.

I'm 3 days into level 2 and it's still hard. I find myself taking it easy instead of doing the advanced moves. At least I'm still moving I guess.

I have been doing the 30 Day Shred and my muffin is diminishing. It's only a 20 minute workout, but those planks and crunches are doing their job.

This is good information. I also exercise at night. Mostly because it fits into my schedule, but I feel like I am hungry after a workout and can make healthier choices than I would out and about or at work.

Just did my Ninth Day level One! So MUCH better.
