I'm still in level one and just finished day six. I considered it a milestone that I am not in pain before I begin. Must admit that I am a bit scared to start level two. Definitely keep hydrated. How many days have you been doing it and what level? I would also make sure you are breathing correctly.

I'm on Day 6 and still doing level 1. Yesterday was the first day that I wasn't sore before I began. Smile milestone, but made me proud. I haven't exercised 5 days in a row ever. EVER!!!
