Thank you Dan. Yes, God is definitely in my life :) and that is encouraging. unfortunately not as prevalent in my husband's life but he does support me and goes with me to church (except today). Thank you so much for your life story. God has plans for all of us. hugs. kje

aack, i need a miracle with this one :) sometimes I just leave the house...go for a walk/bikeride. or pop a candy or gum in my mouth or suck on an icecube or a homemade frozen yogurt popsicle but i do and probably will always struggle with temptation

healthy eating, cardio and strength training. I have Jillian michaels dvd - abs/cardio---I am liking it:) It has helped. It's about a 40 min workout

Dates rolled in coconut! ----that sounds interestingly yummy. How about quaker rice cakes or light graham crackers with nutella spread on it or peanut butter/jam

I hear ya! I have job that I don't get a lunch break so I drink a smoothie. Fresh/frozen fruit (strawberries/blueberries/raspberries/mangos) Greek yogurt lite fruit yogurt Almond breeze Ground flaxseed peanut butter spinach (sometimes) whey protein powder drop of almond extract!!

*no sugar added jello cups with a dollop of light whip cream. *graham wafer with nutella and/or peanut butter *fresh fruit!! *banana wrapped in a tortilla with ...pb or jam or something *sliced apple with dash of cinnamon--put in microwave for 1minute :)

def slender/thin. I am 5'9 and wear 10/12 I would like to get to a size 8 and i think that would look ok....size 6 for me????maybe....maybenot.

grab a light graham cracker, or arrowroot cookie or quaker rice cake and spread nutella on it.
