I've sliced potatoes or sweet potatoes - microwaved them first for a bit, then arranged them on a baking sheet and spritzed olive oil on it and sprinkled spices (seasoning salt, garlic) on it and baked it in the oven for 20 min on 250+. yep, I love fruit more than veggies too. I figure fruit is a natural sugar - so if you are not diabetic - it is good for you! much better than the sugar in cookies and (hate to say it) icecream.

When I bake - I put it in my whole wheat choc chip cookies, or in banana bread - anything really. You can put it on salads, or in yogurts and cereals.

I hear ya! !!!! I usually tie my hair in a pony tail--then braid that and tie it at the end. That's the only way it works for me. If it is an everyday activity that you usualy do, then I say no, don`t bother tracking it. If you are going crazy with vigorously cleaning the house and you know you are burning more calories than normal with cleaning, then yes.

Kraft mango & chipolte dressing is great to put on a salad. Spinach, romaine, onions, red peppers, walnuts and cheese. Ah heck, you can throw in anything!

If I eat it as a snack I like to make it a sweeter taste, Dash of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp honey and add fruit - blueberries are great in it but any other fresh fruit is fabulous!

I don`t go overboard-- just put spinach in mine and ground flax seed -- with greek yogurt,some protein powder, fresh and or frozen fruit and a sprinkle of almond extract.
