agreed on measuring...how many grams in a portion of food.... Applesauce is a wonderful additive or substitute in recipes!!! Great stuff!!

i am 5'9" and big boned-- and I am initially aiming for 160 but I would really like 150. I am at 170 now and I can't seem to budge the scale anymore. but will always keep trying or at least maintaining!
