I need to take an iron supplement once or more per day. Also cheerios have iron in them, have them for breakfast every morning. Dark leafy greens like spinach, kale really good in iron too. (dark chocolate,yum)

It is good stuff, I liked it, and used to eat it but always had to make a trip to the health store to buy it. now I put ground flax seed (which I can buy at a grocery store) in my yogurts and cereals and smoothies.etc

I also put ground flax seed in each recipe - about 1/4 cup (sorry, forgot to write it in there)

just a thought - about the oatmeal choc cakeyou could probably use applesauce and/or yogurt instead of oil. (just sayin')--experiment,lol.
