  • Pole fitness and great skin care (to tighten up any loose skin) is the only thing that helped mine lol.
  • Use YouTube! I would find body weight workouts to do in the room. Things like HIIT, Pilates or maybe even TRX. YouTube has a ton of home workouts :) good luck!
