Nope was never aware of that situation of being too low.... Just thought I needed to put on some weight but struggled getting the food in.

Highly doubt they care about recipe and weigh the stuff out! :p and yep but today I will probably eat like a small snack to finish the day off

So have you overcome this problem? Also I follow more calories rather than fat/protein/carbs

But I am not sure if it actually was 600, for all I know it could have been so much more!

It was alright, but for 600+ calories I could of have ate so much better foods! :(
