  • When I want to snack on chips while hanging out at home, I grab peanut butter and toast or trail mix for a snack.
  • For a second I thought the whole thing was a failure, since I have made some unwise food choices. But my husband has encouraged me a lot by walking with me and being an accountability partner, if I keep pace I would lose 18 pounds at the end of the challenge!
