I had a goal to run 3 miles without stopping ....I did it BUT then realized that instead of running 1.5 miles and turning around to equal 3 that I had run 3 miles from home :laugh: So then on top of my run I had to walk 3 miles back.....

I have the polar FT7 and love it....I'm not into "techy" gadgets...this does everything I want.....and the chest strap is not a bother at all. I have no idea whether or not one comes with music...check out heartratemonitorsusa.com website for lots of good info.

I throw frozen blueberries in my oats...I cook them on the stovetop. Chop up a banana and throw in some walnuts, cinnamon and a little brown sugar and it's very yummy. Applesauce stirred in is also good. Oh and fresh peaches and cinnamon....mmmmmm Think I will have oatmeal for breakfast! And baked oatmeal is wonderful....

Ordered TurboFire yesterday...eagerly awaiting my shipment. Did INSANITY and still mix up those dvd's with some outdoor running...but I'm tiring of them and want to mix it up some. What kind of results is everyone seeing?

Chobani's in my favorite! I can buy it at our local super walmart...but prefer to buy it at BJ"s wholesale (like sams club) either in the big containers for under $5 .... they also carry cases with like 12 of the single serve....the pineapple is awesome!

I use the POLAR FT7 ....Love it! It's amazing to watch the calorie burn...It "encourages" me when I'm running to reach a "calorie" burn goal....and seems to be very accurate!

Do Marathon housework....decide what you want to accomplish, set a timer and get it done! It's amazing how much more focused and "busy" I stay when I do this....keeps me from being sidetracked!

Does it have aspartame in it???? If so, be careful. I prefer the CHOBANI'S Greek yogurts...a little more calories but a great source of protein and no artificial sweetners. I don't do P90X but I do INSANITY.....I found that once I purchase a HRM and got actual burn I was much more successful on here....I had been using aerobics and MFP gave me a burn of nearly 200 to 300 more than my actual burn once I had a HRM. weights working the triceps.....hold arms with weights up over head, elbows by ears, palms facing each other...slowly bend elbows 90* so the weights are behind your head.....you can use 5,8, or 10 lbs and see a change....

I count it as water when I add the packets.....not sure what the 'RULE" is though??? Sometimes I need the flavor to get all my water in for the day. I do NOT count my coffee/tea. Most of the flavoring packets are zero calories...I would count any calories.
