according to MFP.. I have been netting around 500 or 600 after exercise, is that okay? I have been losing weight but I am just want to be doing it right and not causing my body other issues

I dislike splenda..it makes my stomach have this empty feeling and then I want to eat everything in sight.. try Truvia is natural sugar sweetner and has a great taste and 0 calories!

I wouldnt consider it as exercise..just because you walk around mall you probably arent gonna count that as your exercise for the day, i wish i could walk to work!

down by 1 lb this week.. started at 205 and as of yesterday's weigh in I was 195 so I am 10 lbs less!

try eating smaller portions throughout the day.. it may take a little planning to make sure you are getting enough calories but you definitly dont want your body to go into starvation mode

Welcome to the greatest website ever! I joined my fitnesspal would log everday day for a week then be distracted but then i found the community and it makes a huge difference to know other people are going through the same struggles and ultimately working toward the same goals!

last week: 198 this week: 197.5 TOM week and I still lost , so I am proud. I was expecting to gain!

I am on Day 15 of the Shred... I have also stayed within in a reasonable diet and also did cardio in the gym and I have lost 6.5 lbs and I can defintly see changes so far! Go for it!!!

the spread sheet was awesome! SW 205 CW 200 In a book i read if you work out in the morning before you eat, you burn 300% more body fat than at any other time of the day.. This week I did the 30 day shred in the morning and after work I did at least 4 miles on the treadmill, elliptical, or bike.
