It appears that steps taken in a new thing. I have a polar A300 that tracks steps and to get more out of that feature what is an appropriate daily goal to have for steps ?

Daily Sugar intake?
MFP automatically set my sugar goal to 24 g Is this too low? because for breakfast I had a scoop of Total soy meal replacement in 1 cup of 2% milk with a Tablespoon of Peanut butter and I am already over my sugar for the day

This Week
This week.... I am going to have a meal replacement drink for breakfast and Dinner M/W/F: AbRibberX along with 45 minutes cardio(running, jogging, elliptical,) T/Th: CardioX Thanksgiving was memorable but now its time to burn off the Chicken and Dumplings, Cornbread dressing, and Bread Pudding!!
