I use to use the forum from a laptop... Posting to the forum from the app on your phone was not ak always available

So 10,000 is a good goal? I'm a nurse and on a shift I easily get my 10,000 a shift. So my goal would to be to make 10000 steps on an off day

I get spurts of times when I want to run then I work up my endurance to run and after a couple of weeks of running I get bored I dont know if Its the treadmill or what. I tried to run around my neighborhood but for the whole run I was paranoid about getting ran over.

Im in my second semester of nursing school and it is busy! but I find if I work out about 4 or 5 when I get home from school I have more energy to sit down do more studying or assignments!

According to p90x, I am suppose to eat 2400 calories but I cant seem eat over 1500

Do what makes you happy.. You know yourself and as long as you are following healthy guidelines keep pushing. dont the let the negative things that come from jealous/envy people stop you!

I say p90x I did the 30DS didnt really see a difference in the scale but did see a difference in inches there is something about JM that gets annoying after hearing her voice day in and day out but i love Tony Horton!!

I would slowly cut back..some people have the mind set to cut it all together and some people need to be weened off.. I would suggest drinking a glass of water before and after you indulge on a pepsi
