I am proposing a Countdown 2 Christmas Challenge to get myself back in the "Game" and would to have other join for motivation and inspiration!
Here's my story:
At the end of last year, I went to the doctor for a job physical and weighed in at a WHOPPING 217 lbs. Let's just say I was devastated that I had let myself get to that point. Needless to say, I was tired of making excuses and DID not want to continue down the beaten path. Beginning at the end of November, I began to watch my intake and making better food choices. Then January 1st rolled around, the day everyone makes big promises to their selves, and I decided I was going to kick it in high gear and workout like nobody's business and that I did well into the summer months. Then, I started my first semester of NURSING SCHOOL and I lost my ambition because my eyes have been set on the books but the time has come again where I am not feeling like this is the body I want.
This challenge is to motivate me and others to get back in gear because Christmas is the time to be strong!
The challenge is to lose 10 to 15 lbs before 12/25/2011.
The challenge will officially start 11/20/2011. To give a few days for challengers to come up with a game plan and mentally prepare! And that gives us 34 DAYS to do work and lose those 10 lbs
Sunday will be weigh in day! (I pick Sunday to motivate me to work out on Sunday!)
I will make a spreadsheet of all the members that would like to join to keep progress notes on how everyone is doing.

How do you feel about taking before and after pictures to post at the end of the challenge as a little piece to motivate us to stay dedicated?
